I have play this game form 2.0 and I have some ideas how to improve game for hardcore players, role playing players and casuals.
1. Citizen Job class - lvl 1 class allow use all items in game (weapon and armors) - So many times i have great idea for Glamour but nope, that item if for botanist and you are white mage - you cant use it! General idea is add to game class for making RP, glamours and fun stuff.
2. Eng game for crafters and gatherers - in current state when new patch with battle gear are release gatherers can gather normal quality items and just use macro and done ilvl 510 done. Expert craft i ishard restoration make me idea - what if we give crafters possible to make same ilvl items like normal but with 5 materia slots like we can have form Khloe? Now Will be woth have great gear for crafters and gatheresers to get HQ items, will be worth to spend more timestones for HQ mats and Expert recipes for 5 slot gear will be extremely hard and expensive but still more accessible then khloe.
3. Focus target - hit box mark on ground - i have spend 6 years playing as healer and still i have to guess im, in hit box, or not - for dps and tanks its simple all targets have circle on ground and they new where is ther hitbox, face and back - if healer focus tank they dont see that little circle - please add possible to keep it on focus target.
4. max item lvl form 24 man raid - i know some people will be mad but let me explain my point of view: after release 24 man we have weekly lock on it so only 1 item per week, we have take off lock form regular 8 man raid so we have wired situation when people who already have ilvl 500 can farm shiva and people with worst gear who cant farm it and they try get items form 24 man raid but that gear are not that good what should be. Hardcore and mid core players, and even casuals who get 500illvl gear form tomstones and 8 man raid dont care about 490 gear because its 490 not 500. Making possible to drop max ilvl in future form 24 man raid will make more players interested - hardcore players can have new BiS, casuals can catch up rest before new 8 man raid will be live.
5. Accessories form Ex Trial - now we have wired situation we have ilvl 500 weapon from tomestones, ilvl 500 weapon form raid and we have Relic quest so no one care about drops from new ex trial and after 3 days party finder are dead for that trial - only few mount farm. If we have weapon and accessories max lvl - we can have new BiS possibility and more people have interest to farm this trial.
