Due to SE's crackdown on data-miners, there isn't likely to be much early information until the Lodestone/other database websites update, so please bear with me in the meantime, just getting the template in, will update as things are known.
You need to complete the new BLU quests to unlock the merchant "Maudlin Latool Ja" next to Martyn who sells the new items, along with a bunch of materia and some gear
To clarify re: Morbol, there is pretty much one achievement for clearing most lvl 50 and 60 raids and Ex primals in a full party of Blue mages with a) Echo off and b) Undersized off. There are two more achievements for getting the 3 Coil and the 3 Alex achievement and one more achievement for getting both those two. So you clear the 6 base achievements to get the Morbol, if that makes sense.
Please note I don't usually track housing furnishing or glamour gear in here, just items
