Which of the two collectables rotation is better? With 3x Discerning Eyes, you're guaranted to get 500 but with 1 less collect than the other one. But if you replace 1 Discerning Eye with Single Mind, you end up with 459 rating which means there's a possibility that you get <470 which makes the item unturn-inable.
