sorry, I feel so frustrated that I have to paste my text here, it seems only the forum is the place where reaction might happen. I don't want to cut my experience by 7000 characters, so I post the link here:

hope somebody will take notice, all services so far were polite but not efficient, bots keep spawning one day after sweep cycle and can earn more than monthly cost for the account in less than a week, and they disrespect the game with the random player and retainer names! in my above link you also can see screenshots of bots stuck in ground, it is real for years now and frustrating for legit players.
